Absolutely! While our primary shipping focus is within Kenya, we’re happy to accommodate international orders. If you’re outside Nairobi but within Kenya, we offer reliable courier services via Wells Fargo or G4S for a flat rate of KSH 850. For those outside Kenya, please email us at info@dragonflycrackers.com for tailored delivery options and cost estimates. For East African countries, we partner with trusted freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery. International shipping costs may include additional duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. Though international shipping might take longer due to customs processes, we’ve successfully exported to the UK and Europe in the past. Shipping is available for orders within Kenya. Standard orders are charged at KSH 600/- within Nairobi while counties within the country are shipped via Wells Fargo or G4S. For international orders, please email us at info@dragonflycrackers.com for delivery options and costs. For orders in East Africa, we use a trusted freight and forwarder, so please contact us. Please note that international shipping can be costly. Customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and customs charges. Shipping Restrictions: Dragonfly Crackers ships packages Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or national holidays.
