Your Money, Returned Hassle-Free
If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In certain situations, partial refunds are granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
REFUND PROCESS?
Please email info@dragonflycrackers.com to request a return. You must state the reason for the return. Do not return without emailing us first.
DELIVERY
If you require an exchange or refund, you will be responsible for the cost of the return courier. Original courier fees are non-refundable. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be charged for the new shipping costs.
RECEIVED RETURNS
For items over KSH 10,000 consider using a trackable courier service or purchasing courier insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you do not receive a refund after we have processed the request, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company and your bank, as there may be processing delays before the refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dragonflycrackers.com.
SALE ITEMS & EXCHANGES

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

SWAP HAPPY: EFFORTLESS EXCHANGES
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.
EXPORT
Should you refuse to pay import duties or fail to collect a package, resulting in its return to us, the original courier fees will not be refunded; however, the value of the goods will be refunded. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location.
