I'm Outside Kenya, Can I Purchase Your Crackers?

Absolutely! We love spreading joy worldwide. While we currently only ship within Kenya, we're working on expanding our reach. Please do reach out, as we have exported to the UK and Europe. Contact us directly on info@dragonflycrackers.com

I want branded crackers, how do i place an order?

Customizing crackers for your special event? Absolutely! Just drop us an email at info@dragonflycrackers.com with your request, and our team will get back to you with all the details on how to make your branded crackers dreams come true!

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available for orders within Kenya. Standard orders are charged at KSH 600/- within Nairobi while counties within the country are shipped via Wells Fargo or G4S. For international orders, please email us at info@dragonflycrackers.com for delivery options and costs. For orders in East Africa, we use a trusted freight and forwarder, so please contact us. Please note that international shipping can be costly. Customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and customs charges. Shipping Restrictions: Dragonfly Crackers ships packages Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or national holidays.
